What data we collect
When you place an order: name, email, phone, delivery address. When you register: the same plus a hashed password. We do not store payment card details — bank transfers go directly to our account.
Why we process it
To fulfil your order (contract), send shipping updates (legitimate interest), and comply with Irish food traceability and tax law (legal obligation).
Who sees it
Our email provider (for order notifications), our courier (name + address for delivery). We do not sell or share data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order data: 7 years (Irish tax requirements). Account data: until you ask us to delete it.
