By using cheersbox.ie you agree to these terms. CheersBox is operated by Ioan Sachenko, sole trader, Ireland. All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is received via bank transfer. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable or if food safety concerns arise.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
Delivery
We deliver across Ireland. Standard shipping is EUR5.95, free on orders over EUR75. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Allergens
All allergens are declared on product pages and physical labels per Regulation (EU) 1169/2011. It is the customer's responsibility to check allergens before consumption.
Governing law
Irish and EU consumer law applies. Irish courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.
