Sealed food
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products that have been opened. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days where EU consumer law applies.
Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@cheersbox.ie with photos within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank transfer back to the sending account). Allow 5-10 working days.
